This project was a complete refurbishment of a family home. Inside, the existing bathrooms, ensuite and guest toilet, along with the kitchen and laundry, were all redesigned and rebuilt. However, it was the exterior where most of the major redesign took place, where we created a new pedestrian, concrete-tiled entry way, with automated Louvretec entry to both pedestrian and driveway gates. As kerb appeal is so important, the front fence was redesigned to catch the eye, but also to provide privacy to the outdoor deck area and inside living spaces.
Around the back of the house, the exterior deck area was given its own spa area, which was wrapped in polished blockwork, and the northern side of the house was leveled off to create more open space and artificial grass was installed throughout. The landscaping was terraced, with raised feature timber planter boxes and deck seating tied into the block retaining wall.
